A Tee cap will usually need to be purchased to go with this product. Premium Vitreous Enamel steel pipe is designed to be installed with the socket (the female coupling) directed upwards. The spigot (the male end) must always point downwards and must be properly sealed with fire cement and/or fibre rope.
