Connecting Pipes

Connecting Pipes

Various types of connecting stove flue pipes may be used to connect straight from an appliance (e.g. Wood burning or multi fuel stove / log burner) to the chimney system - this may be a chimney liner, stack or twin wall flue system. There are three types of connecting chimney flue pipe: Vitreous enamel flue pipe (black); 1mm stainless steel single wall flue pipe 316 grade (which can be sprayed to match your stove); and Clay adapters. Flue adaptors can then be used to connect from above this stove flue pipe to either flexible flue liner or twin wall flue pipe. Please note a vertical rise of 600mm should be allowed, immediately above the appliance before any change of direction.

Connecting Pipes

Vitreous enamel stove flue pipe is available in matt black and gives an authentic visual look matching well with most stoves, whilst at the same time being manufactured using the latest technology to ensure years of trouble free use. Our 1mm stainless steel, single wall flue system is manufactured in 316 grade stainless steel, 1mm thick. As well as connecting to the appliance, it can be used to reline existing masonry chimneys. Suitable for gas, oil and multi fuel appliances. It can also be painted with the appropriate high temperature paint. Clay Adapters are used to connect the appliance to the underside of an existing chimney stack, where no flexible stainless steel chimney liner is being used. Made from 1mm thick stainless steel.
